TERRY HOKNES - MY 4,500 FAVORITE SONGS OF ALL TIME !  hoknes@hotmail.com  Completed on October 15th 2012

CHART DATA - I have been addicted to statistics since age of 10 when I started reading about Billboard chart data for how well the Beatles songs had done on the charts in 1981

December 25th 1983 - my first inventory list of music owned.  This list written in a school Hilroy notebook and is fascinating to me as it shows everything I owned by that Christmas when I was 12 years old.  I already had 250 albums, 60 45 rpm singles, and 8-track tapes.   This list is also interesting to note that by this time before turning 13 I already owned 35 Beatles albums and 37 solo-Beatles albums.  I actually owned every Beatles and solo-Beatles related album ever released except the following:  The Early Beatles, Yellow Submarine, Hey Jude, Rock And Roll Music, Wonderwall, Electric Sounds, Concert For Bangla Desh, John Lennon experimental albums, Live In Toronto, Imagine, Walls And Bridges, Band On The Run (had the 8-track), Bad Boy, Old Wave.  I turned 13 on January 15th 1984 which was 3 weeks later.   I had 7 albums by The Rolling Stones.   About 50 of the albums on the list I had acquired from my mother who had originally purchased them over the past 15 years.

January 1984 - I created my first chart by simply taking the top 20 most popular songs on CKOM Radio countdown and ranking them in the order I personally liked them  Age 13 in Grade 8
